Niclas Nußbaumer und Lea Rupp
Niclas Nußbaumer is one of the most promising chefs of his generation. Recognized early in his career, he was named Chef of the Year by German Culinary magazine “Der Feinschmecker” and previously earned two Michelin stars with his clear, product‑focused cuisine.
