The Villa is an exclusive retreat – right in the middle of The Florentin, yet a world of its own.
Designed in 1901 by Alfred Günther for Eduard Beit von Speyer, the Villa has been both a home and a place of social interaction from the very beginning. Today, it forms the historic heart of The Florentin – an architectural anchor and, at the same time, the hotel’s most exclusive area.

A dedicated Villa Host accompanies the stay for 12 hours daily, while check-in and check-out can take place privately within The Villa. Breakfast is served either there or at The Garden Restaurant, and a complimentary airport transfer completes the departure. The stay opens with a local welcome gift, setting the first gentle note, accompanied by a complimentary minibar, with refills charged accordingly.

Small gestures shape everyday moments: up to four garments per stay are pressed complimentary, a personalised floral arrangement graces the suite, and the unpacking service ensures an effortless start. At the dune, reservations are given priority, complemented by a Meet & Greet with Executive Chef Niclas Nußbaumer, while Spa reservations likewise enjoy priority.

Time follows its own rhythm within The Villa, check-out extends complimentary until 4:00 pm, with early check-in available subject to availability. The private The Garden Courtyard Terrace is reserved exclusively, a retreat within the retreat.
