The Blue Salon
The Blue Salon unfolds its presence quietly yet with clarity — a space defined by colour, proportion, and material. Deep ultramarine covers the walls, giving structure and depth.
A long-lacquered table stands at its centre, guiding the eye through the room, reflecting candlelight and the colours of the historic glass windows. Above, a Murano chandelier captures attention — Venetian glass as a union of craftsmanship, history, and timeless elegance.
The historic substance remains unmistakable: dark wood panelling, an intricately carved ceiling, and a fireplace framed by ornamental tiles. Nothing feels added. Sculptures, books, and lighting are carefully curated — chosen, not decorated.
Once the library of the Beit von Speyer villa, the room was a place of thought, exchange, and intellectual gathering.
Today, it becomes a space of enjoyment and conviviality. Color and décor appear opulent, demonstrating that good design does not overshadow memory but enhances it. A place to be filled with voices, light, and life.
The Blue Salon may be reserved individually for exclusive events or in combination with the villa’s other spaces.
