The Royal Suite
The Royal Suite is located on the top floor of the villa and is accessed via a private elevator. Spanning 322 square meters, it unfolds into a clear and generously proportioned spatial layout. A living area with fireplace, dining room, and kitchen form the centre and open onto expansive window fronts that frame the Frankfurt skyline like a composed image.
The interior is defined by natural materials, curated art, and carefully selected furnishings. Everything is precisely placed and balanced. Light, materials, and proportions create a sense of calm and openness.
The salon serves as a space for conversation and retreat, while the separate dining room with bar is designed for private evenings in an intimate setting.
All three bedrooms are filled with natural light and designed for relaxation. A freestanding bathtub, walk‑in rain shower, private sauna, and fitness equipment extend the spatial experience. Two additional bedrooms with en‑suite bathrooms, as well as a tower room overlooking the city, further complement the suite.
Books, photographs, and selected quotations from the collection of the Beit von Speyer family anchor the villa’s history in the present. The family was deeply aware of its privileged position — and equally of the responsibility that comes with it. This attitude continues to shape the Royal Suite today, giving it depth and substance.
